Delivery information • Delivery will usually be within 2-3 working days • Bulky Bags are on pallets delivered on an 18-tonne vehicle with tail lift and manual pallet truck for off-loading. Please ensure the delivery site has clear access with no over-hanging trees, cables, or other obstructions and there is a flat hardstanding area for the pallet • Pallet carts cannot be used on gravel drives, steep slopes, grass, and uneven surfaces, they cannot be lifted over kerbs and ledges. Pallets cannot be moved to rear gardens • If it is not possible to leave the pallet on the driveway if will be left kerbside outside the property.
