Organic, Fine Grade Lawn Top Dressing

DELIVERY

  • Our bagged Organic Fine Grade Lawn Dressing is delivered nationally, (unfortunately that does not include Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.) The bags are shrink wrapped and delivered on a wooden pallet which is non-returnable.

  • GRASS SEED All deliveries of grass seed are directly from DLF to ensure every bag is from fresh stock. Delivery is by courier within approximately 3-5 working days of order confirmation. If ordering with Organic Fine Grade Lawn Dressing please check the pallet network option at checkout. The grass seed will be sent separately from the Lawn Dressing, you only need to fill out your details once.

  • Lawn Dressing orders:  Delivery will be within approximately 3-5 working days. 

  • Deliveries are made on an 18-tonne wagon with a tail-lift and pallet cart to off-load.

  • Access to the delivery site must be by a public highway over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind. There needs to be space to accept an 18 tonne vehicle and a hardstanding area for the pallet. Please make sure there are no over-hanging trees, cables, or other obstructions at the delivery site.

  • The pallets are off-loaded using a tail-lift and manual pallet cart. Pallet carts cannot be used on gravel drives, steep slopes, grass, and uneven surfaces, they cannot be lifted over kerbs and ledges. It is not possible to move pallets to rear gardens.

  • The driver will make every effort to leave the pallet on your driveway, if this is not possible then it will be left kerbside or on the pavement outside your property. We can only guarantee kerbside delivery.

  • A contact telephone number is required as the driver will aim to contact you an hour before delivery.

  • The plastic bags are made from 100% recyclable materials and are biodegradable.

  •  If you need to reschedule your delivery you must give at least 24 hours notice. Unplanned re-deliveries are charged at £75.00 per pallet. 

  • Envirodress Ltd cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to delayed deliveries which are out of our control such as traffic delays, or breakdowns.

  • Full 24-pallet loads will be delivered on a flat back wagon and a forklift will be required to off-load.

  • Any orders cancelled when the pallets are in transit will be refunded minus the cost of delivery at approx £75.00 per pallet each way to English post codes (additional charges may apply to Scotland and Wales).
